Following your initial intake form, we connect for a brief consultation to review your goals. Once aligned, we lock in a time slot, and a secure invoice link is sent. Upon completing payment and agreeing to our Service Agreement, your session is confirmed. Live consultations are held via Google Meet, or optionally in-person within Brisbane for a $5 venue supplement.

Same-Day Flexibility
If unexpected changes arise within the 24-hour window, we are happy to shift your session to any remaining open slot on the exact same calendar day at no additional cost. Otherwise, late cancellations or missed sessions cannot be refunded or credited.
